With sweeping views of the London Eye, our Waterloo project redefines modern city living—merging refined minimalism with understated luxury in the heart of the capital.

The design is rooted in clarity and openness, where every element was carefully considered to enhance both space and function. Through a tailored minimalist approach, we created a serene, light-filled interior that feels spacious and effortlessly elegant. Custom low-height skirting subtly extends the perception of vertical space, while walls finished in Travertino Romano add a layer of tactile sophistication.

The two bathrooms serve as private sanctuaries, defined by bespoke Italian tiling that echoes the home’s soft, cohesive palette. Each detail—curated with precision—elevates the everyday with an air of timelessness.

A standout moment of ingenuity is the bespoke living room door: seamlessly integrated into the wall, it resolves a spatial challenge while preserving the clean architectural flow. It’s a perfect example of how thoughtful design and exceptional craftsmanship can transform functionality into artistry.
